Orders. Freshbet.com requires the cardholder enter both a billing and shipping
address, even if they are the same.

Orders
are shipped:
- The next business day after we receive your order.
- We do our best to
keep every item in stock for immediate shipment. Occasionally, due to
manufacturer shortages, items may be out of stock.
- Clearance sale items
are limited to available stock on hand.
- If we cannot ship to
you the next day, you will be notified by email or phone.
- If we are unable to
process your credit card, due to missing or transposed digits, incorrect
expiration date or the bank declines your card, you will be notified by email
or phone within several days.

- Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and APO’s are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges
are weight-based and may be adjusted accordingly.
- International Orders
are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. On-Line orders will receive Email
notification of the weight-based shipping charge, upon request. Please allow 2-3
weeks for US Postal Service International Air shipments. We do NOT ship
International orders via boat/surface.
- NOTE: DOT Regulations do not
permit air shipment of pressurized aerosol products like TC Refills or Claire
Burke Vapourri Sprays. These items are not eligible for air shipment via UPS or US
Postal Mail. Your order routing will be changed to ship via ground if it
contains pressurized aerosol sprays.

UPS Ground
and Air shipping rates are total order value based as shown above. Any package
returned by UPS as undeliverable, is subject to an additional charge for
re-shipment due to customer order entry error. Customers shipping outside the
United States are encouraged to email us prior to ordering for current shipping
prices. Note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally,
when ordering from Freshbet.com, you are considered the importer of record and
must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are
receiving the goods. Please note that we are required by law to accurately list
both the contents of the package, and list the customs value of the package as
the amount you paid for the order.
If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we
reserve the right to either bill your credit card and or deduct the return
shipping charges from any credit you may receive. In addition, you are
responsible for return shipping charges of any item(s) not allowed to be
imported to your country.
If your item
has been damaged in shipping, please refuse the package if possible. If you
have already accepted the item and realized the item has been damaged after you
have opened the package, please contact Freshbet.com immediately for
resolution.
Returns Policy:
- If you aren’t
satisfied, please return the item to the address shown on your receipt within
30 days. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item
or ordered the wrong item, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a
20% restocking fee. The item must be in brand new condition and in original
packaging.
- Kindly include a copy
of your receipt in all returns. Return authorizations are not required. We
will be unable to process your return if items are not packed properly to avoid
damage. Refund amount is based on final inspection by Freshbet.com.
- If you don’t like a
fragrance, it can be exchanged. Cans are weighed to determine depletion.
Partial TC Refills are subject to a 50% restocking charge.
- Exchanges: Let us know which item you want to
return and advise the desired replacement item.
- Replacements will
ship as soon as we receive your return and instructions.
- If the return is due
to our negligence, we will reimburse for freight or arrange for a UPS Pick-up.
- If the return is due
to customer error, the customer should prepay return freight. Freshbet.com
typically pays freight for exchange merchandise/replacement shipments.

the status of your order. You will receive emails in the following order and/if
your order consists of these issues:
- You will
automatically be sent an email order confirmation shortly after you submit your
order. If you have not received this email within 3 days, please call us at
800-322-0525 to verify that the order has been placed or the correct email
address was entered.
- If there is a problem
with billing information or shipping address, you will be emailed within 1-2
business days after the order is placed.
- If any items in your
order are out of stock and/or discontinued from the manufacturer, you will be
notified via email.
- Once your order has
shipped, you will be emailed with tracking number and estimated date of
arrival.

Our
internet site is open 24 hours a day. Call us toll-free Monday through Friday
from 9am to 6pm EST to place a phone order or speak with Customer Service.
Weekend voicemail messaging is available with phone calls being returned the
next business day.
Coupons
Occasionally
Freshbet.com may offer coupons and discounts, which will allow customers to
purchase items at additional savings. We also have a REBATE program – look
for the postcard in your order.
Credit
Cards & Fraud Protection
If
your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an alarm flag by
our automated fraud detection system, and we are unable to verify the
information with the issuing bank, your shipment could be delayed or cancelled.
We have
taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information
on our site. We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than
their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate
shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies
are happy to assist you. Simply call the number on the back of your credit card
and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to
give them an alternate shipping address. Doing this will speed up your order
process. If our fraud department
checks an order and the shipping address is not listed on the credit card
account, the order will be delayed. An email will then be sent to notify you
of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your
credit card company. You then have 48 hours to register the alternate shipping
address and notify us before we cancel the order. Again, if there is no
response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
Prices
& Typographical Errors
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, and or incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift
certificate errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information
received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
charge. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are
subject to change without prior notice.
