GENERAL:
- Do you have a catalog? Yes, we will be delighted to
mail you our brochure. Because we are always adding new seasonal products
and placing items on clearance, you will find the brochure is not as
current as the website. Help us control costs by requesting a brochure via
the "Contact Us" E-mail button. Simply provide your mailing
address and a brochure will be sent out right away! New for 2006: PDF format brochure
link on our website that enables you to print our brochure right away!
- How can I find out if my favorite fragrance
is still available? Please E-mail us and your inquiry will be answered right away. We
can quickly answer your question by E-mail. If you are looking for an item not shown on the site, it
won’t be in the brochure either.
- I would like to be added to your mailing
list. Everyone who orders from us is automatically placed on our mailing list.
However, we only mail brochures upon request or include them with your
order if you are a new customer. Brochures are not routinely included in
shipments, unless requested. The fastest way to find out about new
products or discontinued fragrances is to join our quarterly E-mail
Newsletter.
- Do you sell my private information? NO – absolutely not!
- How quickly can I get my order? All orders are shipped within
1-2 business days via UPS Ground. You should receive your order within 3-7
business days. Remember, DOT Regulations do not permit us to ship
pressurized sprays like TC Refills & Claire Burke Vapourri via Air.
- Can you ship via the U.S. Postal Service
instead of UPS? Yes, simply select the USPS shipping option when you checkout. International
orders and shipments to Hawaii or Alaska are always shipped by U.S. Mail.
If the order includes pressurized sprays, they will ship via boat or
ground, please allow 4-6 weeks.
- Do you ship to APO’s? Yes, simply select the USPS
shipping option at checkout. If your order includes pressurized sprays,
the shipment via the US Post Office will be surface/non-priority. We will
fill out customs documents and you may be responsible for any local
regulations or duties.
- Do you ship to International Customers? Yes, we reserve the right to decline any order.
However, we will do everything possible to serve these customers. Simply

- Where can I find your products in my area? We are a single retail
location and do not have any other stores. Our shipping charge is only
$5.95 for orders up to $24.99. Why fight traffic when you can return any
fragrance you don’t like.
- How can I become a distributor or re-sell
your products in my area? Currently we are not accepting any distributors at
this time.
- I have a defective product that I bought
somewhere else, can you replace it for me? No, you will need to resolve
this with the store where it was purchased.
- I can’t find my receipt, can I return a
defective product that I bought from you? Yes, if you do not have your
receipt, we can check our database. Any item found to be defective and
still under warranty will be cheerfully replaced right away.
- How do I return an item? Please refer to our Return
Policy shown on the "Policies"
page.
- Do you ship Gift Orders to separate
locations? Yes, please enter your address in the billing section and the gift
recipient into the ship to location. Place any special message to be
included in the "Special Instructions" block when you order
on-line. The receipt will be mailed to you separately and the recipients
receipt will show zero dollars.
- I bought an item that was on clearance and
now I can’t find it on your site anymore. Can I still order this from you? No, items on clearance are no
longer available once they are sold out.
CLAIRE BURKE FAQ:
- I’m looking for my favorite Claire Burke
fragrance, but I don’t see it listed – can you order it for me? No, if we don’t show it
offered on the site, it has probably been discontinued and is no longer in
production. Every year new seasonal fragrances are introduced in Spring,
Autumn and Winter, many are immediately discontinued. When you find a new
fragrance you love, stock-up right away!
- Discontinued fragrances: Wisteria, Elegant
Reflections, Peaches & Dreams, Holiday Shimmer, Autumn Breeze,
Tranquil Woodlands, etc. E-mail us regarding other specific Claire Burke
fragrances: Sales@Freshbet.com
- Will the Claire Burke spray fit into the TC
Air Freshener Dispenser? No, both the can size and nozzle are different and
they just won’t fit.
- Will Claire Burke Lampourri oil work in my
Lampeberger? Yes, it should work just fine.
- Can I use Lampourri oil in my simmer pot? NO – please do not use Lampourri oil in anything
other than a diffusing oil burner. Lampourri oil is flammable and should

- I have a plug-warmer by Claire Burke with
white petal type pieces on top and a round oil bottle. Why can’t I find the replacements
for these on your site? The
Factory has discontinued this version of warmer and there are no more replacement
oil bottles available. You will need to purchase the new style warmer unit
which has been redesigned to be more fragrant. The new warmer unit only
utilizes the oil bottle refills that have one flat side.
- Can I use refresher oil in my plug-in warmer? No – all new refresher
oils are in spray format only. Refresher oils that are available without
the dropper are only for use in Lamp Rings and to freshen potpourri.
- Why can’t I find the refresher oil with the
dropper anymore? The factory has discontinued these
and they are no longer in production. All new refresher oils come in
little sprays now.
- Does Claire Burke still make the vacuum
powder, gel fragrancers, linen spray or drawer liners? No, these items were
discontinued by the Factory and are no longer available.
- How can I contact the Claire Burke Factory? They are located in Phoenix,
Arizona: Esscentual Brands
TECHNICAL CONCEPTS FAQ:
- I’m looking for the Neutralle air deodorizer
refill. Do you stock these? Yes, all TC refills are formulated with their
exclusive Neutralle and are shown on our "Air Fresheners" page.
- Does the dispenser come with a refill? No, refills are sold
separately and batteries are not included.
- Do you have a dispenser that includes a
refill? Yes, these are the Try & Buy
Kits and they are offered in both programmable (LCD) and Economy versions
of Microburst 3000 and Microburst 9000. Complete kits include dispenser,
batteries, refill and removable mounting tape. Visit our Air Freshener
Dispensers page and click on complete kits.
- Can I get samples of fragrances? Unfortunately, the
manufacturers do not provide us with samples. However, if you buy a
fragrance and don’t like it, you can return it for credit or exchange
– less the shipping charge.
- Do you offer discounts if I buy more than 2
air fresheners and 12 refills? Yes, please send an E-mail to: Sales@freshbet.com or call us at 1-800-322-0525.
- Are the Air Fresheners safe to use around
exotic birds like Cockatiels and Parrots? We would recommend the Pump
Dispenser and non-aerosol refills for use near exotic birds. The Aerosols
are fine for use with Cats, Dog, Fish and Ferrets.
- Sometimes when I remove the refill after the
dispenser has beeped, I find the can isn’t completely empty. Why is this? The manufacturer has designed
the chip to notify you 1-2 days in advance in case you don’t change the
can right away. You can press the red reset button and place the can back
into the dispenser to deplete. Just remember to replace it in a few days.
Some people use up the cans by manually spraying them.
- How can I be sure that I am buying the right
size air freshener refill for my TC Dispenser? If you have an old refill can, the stock number will be
on the front or back side of the can label. The best way to be sure is by
the weight in ounces of the old refill can. If you have a 6 oz can, please
select Standard. If you have a 5.3 oz can, this is a Microburst 9000. The
tiny can that weighs 1.8 oz is the Microburst 3000. The non-aerosol pump
refill is a flat, white plastic bottle and weighs 8 oz.
- Can I use the Microburst 9000 in my standard
dispenser? The Microburst 9000 cans will work
well in an Economy standard #401375 dispenser. However, they are not
designed to work in the Standard LCD Programmable Dispenser models:
400570, 401899 or 400979.
- How do I know which dispenser is best for
me? Please go to our Product Updates
page and click on the TC Comparison chart. This will show you all the
features of each model.
