Thank you so much for the quick response. This was my first order with Freshbet.com. It was the only place I could find the specific products I was looking for from Enchanted Meadows in the Linden & Mimosa scent. Other websites only had the lotion or shower gel. Also, Leia is a great asset to your company. I do alot of mailorder & many companies employ people that just dont represent the company very well & I chose not to do business with those companies again. With this, my first order, I feel your customer service so far has been excellent- from Leia's courtesy & friendliness to the quick email response from both you & Leia & finally to getting my products out so quickly.

Received my order yesterday (it was back-ordered) and received a catalog along with samples.  I too find it hard to find Claire Burke product.

Hi Bet! I just wanted to let you know, I received the order promptly on Wednesday. I'm using two of the dispensers right now, and they've made a great difference. I plan to order more fragrance refills soon. Wednesday was almost like Christmas! (Actually more fun, since no one told me I had to wait until the kitchen was cleaned up before I opened the package!) I like the convenience of the time settings with the Microburst 3000, especially since there's no price difference in the refills. Thank you for the offer to take it back--not everyone is so generous with their service, especially with web site orders.
